NKTOP EASTERN INDUSTRIES DEVELOPERS PRIVITED Limited was established in 2016 formerly Known as NK PG(Boys & Girls) with the idea of providing housing solutions to students and Young Professionals who are new in the city. NK PG currently provides Paying guest accommodation, Furnished & Unfurnished Flats, Serviced Apartments, and Shared Accommodations for students and working professionals at prime locations that are easily accessible from metro stations and nearby major employment and education hubs

34 million students enrolled in higher education in India out of which 26.6 million are living away from their home in rented or shared accommodation in metro cities (Delhi Ncr, Mumbai, Banglore, Pune, Hyderabad and Ahemdabad) a part from this 45,424 Foreign students are also enrolled in India and expected the rapid growth in number of foreign student coming to India for higher education in coming years.

These 26.6 million students are potentially our customers for which we are creating excellent infrastructure with maximum facilities to concentrate on their studies without their involvement in low-value tasks…..
